永磁同步电机直接转矩控制中定子磁链的分析

摘    要:针对交轴电感大于直轴电感(Lq>Ld)的凸极永磁同步电机转矩表达式的特点,得出了为了保证电磁转矩和负载角变化趋势一致时必须保证定子磁链给定幅值限制在一定的范围内,以及在基速运行范围内如何来改变定子磁链给定幅值达到最大转矩/磁链(MPTF)运行的目的,从而达到提高系统运行的效率,仿真结果表明采用基于MPTF的直接转矩调速系统较传统的直接转矩调速系统效率大为提高.

Abstract:This paper discusses the relationship between the amplitude of stator flux linkage and the torque of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). In order to change the load angle and the torque accordingly, the amplitude of stator flux linkage should be kept in restricted range. It also explains how to control the amplitude of stator flux linkage to get maximum torque by using direct torque control (DTC) under base speed, which improves the efficiency of the whole system.
