构建职业教育与城乡统筹良性互动机制探析

长期以来,我国农村劳动力素质低下,农村职业教育不发达,农民及其子女缺乏培训已经成为制约我国农民就业增收和农村经济与社会发展的重要因素。在统筹城乡发展、建设社会主义新农村的时代背景下,为了更好地发挥农村劳动力的作用和价值,促进城乡统筹、促进农村的发展和繁荣,政府有责任、也有能力构建职业教育与城乡统筹良性互动机制,从而依靠机制本身的稳定、长效、可操作等特性,促使职业教育完成时代转型,使其按着城乡统筹的目标战略逐步迈进。

To Construct a Mechanism for Positive Interaction Between Vocational Education and the Overall Development of Urban and Rural Areas

The poor qualities of rural labors,the underdeveloped rural vocational education,and the absence of training for farmers and their offspring have become the important factors which restrict the farmers＇ employment and their income increase as well as the economic and social development of rural areas.Against the era background of balancing the urban and rural development and constructing a new socialist countryside,in order to better play the roles of rural labors and promote the overall development of urban and rural areas as well as the flourishing of rural areas,government is responsible for and capable of constructing a mechanism for the positive interaction between vocational education and the overall development of urban and rural areas,which will,through its characteristics of stability,long-term effectiveness and feasibility,assist the fulfillment of vocational education transition and direct it to the target of overall urban-rural development.
