| 摘 要： | 针对在零件加工过程中,进行工序尺寸及公差计算时存在的问题。将零尺寸位置公差换算为对称偏差计入尺寸链,该算法对零尺寸位置公差如对称度、同轴度等组成环的处理简便实用,不但可用于工艺尺寸链计算,也可用于装配尺寸链的计算。

| Abstract: | According to the problems existing in the calculated process dimension and tolerances in the process of parts machining,a solution was presented,it is to convert the zero-size position tolerances into symmetry deviation then reckon in dimension chain.Using the arithmetic to deal with the zero-size position tolerances,such as the composing ring of symmetry,soaxiality,and so on,is very simple and practical.It can be used to calculate not only the process dimension chain,but also the assembly dimension chain. |
