摘    要:研究了Ag/α -Al2 O3催化剂在空气中的热分解过程。通过扫描电镜、热重分析等方法 ,对不同温度下热分解的银催化剂进行了剖析 ,并与银催化剂的反应性能相结合。结果表明 ,不同温度的热分解将影响催化剂中银颗粒的大小和形态 ,并最终影响催化剂性能。提出了适宜的热分解条件

Abstract:Thermal treatment of Ag/α-Al 2O 3 catalysts was studied with scanning electron microscope,thermogravimetric analysis and reaction performance of ethylene epoxidation.Different thermal treatment temperatures affected dispersion of silver particles on catalysts and led to different reaction performance.At lower temperature,silver particles were small with basically uniform sizes.As temperature rose,silver particles grew up with similar sizes and stably dispersed within a temperature range of about 240 ℃ to 400 ℃.When temperature was above 500 ℃,conglomeration of silver particles occurred.Eventually a suitable thermal treatment condition was suggested.
