关于加工硬化材料上限解的讨论

摘    要:本文依据极值上限原理是从理想刚塑性材料提出的以及通过评述极值上限原理用于分析加工硬化材料的上限分析法处理过程,提出了运用极值上限原理去分析加工硬化材料的塑性成形问题所获得的解并非一定为真实解的上限。因此,对于加工硬化材料的上限分析法之分析结果与实测结果相比时,出现负偏差是可能的。

Abstract:The upper bound theorem is based on the perfectly plastic solids,The author commented upon the procedure used for analyzing work-hardening materials by means of the Upper Bound Approach.The author pointed out this solution is approximate and can not confirm that it is certainly the upper bound of the real solution.Thus,appearence of negative error is possible and this solution should be called an approximate solution.
