竖炉自动化控制系统的开发和应用

摘    要:焙烧热工参数的控制是球团竖炉生产的关键,我们通过控制燃烧室的温度来控制焙烧温度.我们采取了数项措施实现了燃烧室温度的自动控制,同时对全炉过程参数进行了集中显示和控制,竖炉自动化控制系统提高了球团的产量和质量,降低了消耗.

Abstract:control of baking thermotechnical parameter is crucial for production of pellets shaft furnace. Baking temperature was controlled through control of combustion chamber temperature, Automatic control of combustion chamber temperature was real- ized and all the process parameter of shaft furnace was displayed and controlled centrally. Since automatic control system of shaft funace was put into operation output and quality of pellets were inproved and consumption was decreased.
