| 摘 要： | 提出了一种间歇精馏塔的新结构,即塔釜不存料而从塔底馏出产品的间歇精馏塔。试验证明,该种塔的性能是满意的:特别是对于以高沸点组份作为产品的物系,用这种塔可大大节约间歇精馏的能量与时间。给出了间歇精馏几种新操作方法的试验结果,数据表明,与作者以前提出的理论符合良好。

Investigation on a New Structure for Batch Distillation Column |

| Abstract: | A new construction of batch distillation column with zero reboiler holdup and product withdrawn from column bottom is described. The performance of such column has been proved experimentally to be satisfactory. This type of column is especially suitable for concentrating high boiling component as product with the advantage of saving much energy and time. The experimental results for batch distillation with several new operating modes show good agreemeat with the authors' previous theoretical prediction. |
