| 摘 要： | 烷酵酰胺属非离子表面活性剂，介绍了以脂肪羧酸为原料、二步法合成烷醇酰胺的方法。讨论了合成反应过程中的主要影响因素：反应温度、原料摩尔比、催化剂品种等。详细介绍了烷醇酰胺的用途，即可用于纺织助剂、化妆品配方主要成分、油田驱油剂用表面活性剂、石蜡乳化稳定剂、颜料分散剂、阀门、轴承和拉钢丝润滑剂等领域。

| Abstract: | Alkanolamides belong to nonionic surfactants. Synthesis of alkanolamide from fatty carboxylic acid using two - step method was introduced. The main effects of conditions in synthesis including reaction temperature, molar ratio of raw material, kinds of catalyst were examined. The application of alkanolamide in fabric aids, formula of cosmetic, surfactant for oil flooding agent, stabilizer for wax emulsifying, dye disperser, lubricant fro valves, bearing and etc. were described in detail. |
