近几十年来,通过对西方书籍设计的学习借鉴,我国的书籍设计在造型、版式和工艺等方面的水平有了巨大的提升。同时,也暴露出缺乏本民族文化内涵和艺术特色的问题。为此,国内的书籍设计师们从传统装帧艺术中汲取精华,尝试创造出能形神统一的新图书,探索出一条使中国书籍设计焕发光彩并长久发展下去的道路。文章从艺术形态,文化内涵和制作工艺等多个角度,阐述了在现代书籍设计中运用传统装帧艺术的优势和深远意义。

Application of Traditional Binding Art to Modern Book Design

In recent decades,the level in many aspects of book design in our country has been improved by learning from the western book design.At the same time,there are some problems regarding the lack of national culture connotation and artistic characteristics.Therefore,the domestic book designers are absorbing the essence from traditional binding art,trying to create new books and seeking for the way that helps make our book design regain splendor and development.From the approach of art form,cultural connotation and production process,this paper describes the advantage and far-reaching significance of modern book design with traditional binding art.
