| 摘 要： | 通过高效液相色谱—二极管阵列检测器联用(HPLC-DAD)的方法对从百蕊草中分离出的生物碱类物质进行定性分析。在流动相为乙腈-水(pH=3.85),流速为1.0mL.min1,检测波长为294nm的条件下,进行梯度洗脱,在HPLC图谱上百蕊草提取液中主要生物碱可得到理想分离,图谱可为定性分析提供依据,并可在一定程度上进行百蕊草生物碱物质的质量控制。

| Abstract: | HPLC-DAD was applied to qualitative analysis of alkaloids in thesium chinese turcz.By using acetonitrile-water(pH=3.85)as the mobile phase,with a flow rate of 1.0mL.min-1,detected at 294nm,washed by gradientelution,the mian alkaloids can be separated in HPLC.The figure was applied to qualitative analysis,and quality control of alkaloids in thesium chinese turcz.in some extent. |
