| 摘 要： | 环己烷氧化反应制备环己醇和环己酮(两者混合物俗称KA油)是工业上的一类重要反应。由于该反应工艺转化率和选择性较低、三废污染严重以及能耗大,因此该领域一直都是国内外研究的热点和难点。综述了国内外环己烷氧化反应近些年来在纯氧/富氧氧化、仿生酶催化氧化、Gif催化体系、光化学催化和超临界介质中的氧化等方面的研究成果,并指出,发展符合绿色化学要求的新工艺将是环己烷氧化反应发展的主要方向,而由于纯氧/富氧氧化工艺便于与当前的工艺结合和推广应用,从而更应该引起人们的重视。

| Abstract: | Cyclohexane oxidation to produce cyclohexanol/cyclohexanone(the mixture is so called KA oil) is an important reaction in industry.Owing to its low conversion and selectivity,low efficiency,much research has been drawn on it.This paper reviews many developments in cyclohexane oxidation with pure/rich oxygen,biomimetic oxidation,Gif chemistry,multiphase catalytic oxidation,photo catalytic oxidation and oxidation in supercritical fluids etc,and proposes the green process will be the main development in fields of cyclohexane oxidation with pure/rich oxygen in recent years. |
