摘    要:在石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)工艺系统中,吸收塔浆液溢流是较为常见的现象。为解决此问题的真正原因,着重从工艺品质、系统设计及运行维护等方面进行分析,并提出解决吸收塔浆液起泡溢流的办法,从而提高了FGD系统运行的稳定性。

Abstract:In the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization(FGD) process system,the absorber seriflux overflowing is relatively common phenomenon.To solve the real cause of this problem,focus on quality from the process,system design and operation maintenance and other aspects analysis,and put forward the method to solve the question,and thereby improve the FGD system stability.
