摘 要: | 通过对5×104t/a戊烷精分装置运行现状分析,研究了影响该装置平稳运行和产品收率的因素,引进中控APC-Adcon高级多变量鲁棒预测软件,实现了对戊烷精分装置的先进控制,取得了满意的控制效果和显著的经济效益。

Abstract: | Through the analysis on the pentane distillation unit of 5 × 10^4t/a, studied the factors of the stable operation and product yield, advanced process control systerm (APC - Adcon) was upgraded into pentane distillation unit, and thus the advanced and optimization control, satisfied control effecfion and the significant economic benefit have been achieved. |
