国外配网自动化建设模式对我国配网建设的启示

在分析国外配网结构、配网自动化发展过程与建设情况的基础上，总结各国配网自动化发展模式的特点，其中包括几个典型的发达国家和次发达国家：美、日、英、德、法、韩国、泰国和印度。国外配网建设对我国配网的改造工作具有很重要的现实意义，分析不同国家建设配网自动化的经验和教训，结合我国配网的特点，提出针对我国配网自动化建设的一些看法和意见，文章认为我国应因地制宜地进行配网建设，重点应是建设以遥测、遥信为主的配电自动化综合信息系统，通过减少停电时间、优化电网规划以提高供电可靠性和配电网的运行管理水平，充分发挥其对配网建设
