可再生能源并网发电的可靠性分析和节能分析

摘    要:针对可再生能源机组并入电网的电能呈波动性对系统电能质量及运行可靠性产生较大不利影响,研究了接入可再生能源机组的电网的可靠性指标以便定量了解系统运行可靠性.基于蒙特卡罗法以IEEE-39节点标准测试系统为例,计算了接入风力发电机组和光伏发电机组后电网的可靠性指标LOLE,探讨了接入储能装置对可靠性指标产生的影响,设计了可再生能源发电煤耗节约量的计算方法.结果表明,同时接入两种机组优于单独接入一种机组,可再生能源并网机组的增加导致系统稳定性下降.
