| 摘 要： | 介绍用高效率的涂覆磨具磨削的方法去除变速箱圆柱面上凸出环带铝合金渣包口及飞边的工艺方法和装置设计。本工艺和设备的突出特点在于磨头主轴与工件轴线呈垂直布置。本工艺和设备用于生产实践后,在提高效率、改善加工质量和降低劳动强度等方面具有明显优势。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the technics technique and equipment that wipe off aluminum alloy residue of wrap on transmission case top.The trait of the technics technique and equipment consists in the principal axis of grinding head and the axes of workpiece perpendicular disposal.The technics technique and equipment have evident advantage in improving quality and reducing working intensity. |
