液态金属在冷室压铸机压室中运动的理论与分析

摘    要:应用流体力学原理对液态金属在卧式冷室压铸机压室中的运动进行了理论分析和计算,阐明了冲头匀速运动和匀加速运动情况下波的运动情况和计算公式。据此分析认为:卧式冷室压铸机冲头的慢压射过程是加速运动和匀速运动的组合,组合的结果直接影响压铸件的质量。液态金属在压室卷入的空气量,与慢压射加速度、慢压射速度、起始充满度、压室直径有关,并存在一个临界慢压射速度和最佳加速度,在此速度和加速度下可使卷入的空气量最小,铸件气孔率最小。

Abstract:Applying the theory of Fluid Mechanics studied the motion of liquid metal in the chamber of the cold die-casting machine,stated the motion process of the wave and the formula of the shot sleeve in invariable velocity and invariable accelerated motion.For this theory: the process of die-casting in the short sleeve of the cold die-casting is composed of invariable velocity and invariable accelerated motion,which result directly effect the quality of the cast.In this speed an acceleration,the fulfill of die-casting started can make the minimum enrolled air and make the minimum stoma ratio.
