| 摘 要： | 混凝土重力坝基础防渗帷幕，经多年运行后，其帷幕体会遭到损坏．反映在观测设施中就是扬压力升高．采取补强灌浆和排水是降低坝基扬压力的有效措施．只要在施工中重视质量控制，补强后的大坝扬压力会明显降低，渗漏减少，运行稳定而安全。
