手性a-氰基丙烯酸酯类化合物的合成及生物活性研究

摘    要:a-氰基丙烯酸酯类化合物是一类抑制植物光合作用PSⅡ的重要除草荆,引入手性因素可以提高其活性。以氰基乙酸乙酯为原料,合成了a-对三氟甲基苯胺-3-(R/S)-a-甲基苄胺-2-氰基丙烯酸酯,对中间体及目标化合物进行了结构表征;并对a-氰基丙烯酸酯类化合物的生物活性进行了研究。结果表明,该类化合物除草活性不突出,但具有一定的抗烟草花叶病毒活性及抗癌活性,具有深入研究的价值。

Abstract:a-Cyanoacrylate is a kind of important herbicide targeted in photosystem PSⅡ. Introduction ot chiral factor can improve its activity. Using cyano ethyl acetate as raw material, ethyl 3-(R/S)-l-phenylethyl- amino-3-(4-(trifluoromethyl)-phenylamino)-2-cyanoacrylate were synthesized. The intermediates and the target compounds were characterized, and the bioactivities of chiral a-cyanoacrylate compounds were determined. The results showed that herbicidal activity of chiral a-cyanoacrylate compounds were not prominent,but they had a certain resistance activity to tobacco mosair virus and anti-cancer activity.
