高纯度阿扎霉素B的分离纯化工艺研究

摘    要:研究了大孔树脂层析分离阿扎霉素B的工艺过程,对树脂类型、洗脱条件和上样量进行了优化。结果表明,HZSl6树脂为最佳层析介质,上样量为0.01g·(mL树脂)^-1,洗脱剂为体积分数70%的乙醇,洗脱速度为1BV·h^-1树脂床体积。按此工艺所得产品纯度大于95%,过程总收率大于60%。该方法简单易行、成本低、收率高,适宜工业化生产。

Abstract:The separation and purification process of Azalomycin B by using macroporous resin was stualea, and resin type,elution conditions and sample amount were optimized. The results showed that resin HZ816 was selected as the best chromatography medium,the sample amount was 0.01 g · (mL resin)^-1,70 % ethanol-H20 was selected as eluent with an elution speed of 1 BV· h^-1. The product purity was more than 95 % and the total yield was above 60%under the optimal conditions. The method is suitable for the industrial production with simple operation, low cost and high yield.
