碱化/蒸发/汽提组合工艺处理制药废水的研究

摘    要:针对制药废水高COD、高NH3-N和有机物难降解的特点,提出了碱化、蒸发和汽提工艺组合的处理方法,考察了NaOH加量、蒸发量及汽提量对废水COD及NH3-N去除效果的影响。结果表明,组合工艺对废水的COD、NH3-N有很高的去除率。在NaOH加量为20g·L-1、蒸发量为80%、汽提量为1.0%的条件下,COD去除率最高达99.4%、NH3-N去除率最高达98.5%;同时,提高了出水的可生化性,出水COD和NHa—N均达到了《制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21907—2008)。

Abstract:A combined process of alkalization,evaporation and stripping was proposed according to the fea- ture of high COD, high NH3-N and undegradable organic matters for the pharmaceutical wastewater. The effects of NaOH amount,evaporation amount, stripping amount on removal of COD and NH3-N were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of COD and NH3-N was remarkably improved by the combined process. While NaOH amount was 20 g ~ L-1 ,evaporation amount was 80%, stripping amount was 1.0%, removal rate of COD and NH3-N reached 99.4% and 98. 5%, respectively. Meanwhile, the biodegradability of the drainage was improved. The effluent COD and NH3-N could meet "Pharmaceutica'_ industrial water pollutant discharge standard" (GB 21907--2008).
