大型锻件内裂纹的无塑性变形热修复技术研究

摘    要:20MnMo材料内裂纹自修复过程的模拟研究表明,修复结晶是裂纹的主要自修复机制。自修复过程分三个阶段:修复结晶形核的准备;修复结晶晶粒的形核及长大和结构重建。修复结晶的形核有三种模式。修复结晶机制的基础对于研究塑性变形时内裂纹的自修复和塑性变形对性能的影响是非常重要的。研究结果可用于修复锻件内裂纹和提高锻件质量。

Abstract:By the simulative research on the self-healing process of inner cracks in 20MnMo material,it has been found that the healing-crystal is the primary self-healing mechanism of cracks.The self-healing process was divided into three stages: the preparation for nucleation of the healing-crystal,the nucleation of healing-crystal grain and growing up as well as the reconstruction of the grain structure.There were three modes of the nucleation for the healing-crystal.The foundation of the healing-crystal mechanism is very important for the research on the self-healing of inner cracks during the plastic deformation and its effect on the performance,the results from which could be used for healing the inner cracks of the forgings and upgrading the quality.
