相控阵雷达中重要结构件的成形技术

摘    要:相控阵雷达天线箱体的制造通常采用铆接成形技术,过程中易出现铆接形变和相对位置偏差等现象.分析了其重要结构件的结构特点,通过对紧固件的结构优化以及工装的合理设计和运用,提出了该类相控阵雷达天线箱体的成形方法,解决了该类天线箱体的制造难题,保证了设计精度要求.

Abstract:Because riveting technology is widely used to manufacture antenna case of phased array radar,deformation and relative position deviation are easy to be found.This paper analyzed structure features of key structure-workpieces.Forming method was provided for antenna case of phased array radar,through optimizing the structure of fastener and reasonable design of frock.It could solve the digficulties in manufacturing this kind of antenna case,and guarantee design accuracy.
