| 摘 要： | 语言素质是大学生各项素质的基础，包括掌握语言结构系统与语言表达技能两方面，语言素质教育具有工具性、系统性和操作性等特点。加强对学生语言素质的教育，是培养开拓创造型人才的重要举措，是有规可循、有章可依的系统工程。如果轻视或忽视它，将是教育工作的极大遗憾。

| Abstract: | Language quality,which is the basis of all other qualities of college students,comprises two aspects:language structure system and language-expressing system.Language quality is characterized by instrumentalism,systematicness and operation,Strengthening the language quality education,as a significant measure to cultivate creative talents,is a great systematic engineering.If the language quality education is underestimated or ignored,it will be a great regret for education. |
