摘    要:目的探索疫苗毒种支原体检测中去除本病毒干扰的方法。方法分别采用非敏感细胞直接接种法、特异性抗血清中和法及离心加中和法处理21株疫苗毒种样品后,评价去除本病毒干扰的效果。结果21株疫苗毒种中,13株可通过非敏感细胞法去除本病毒干扰;6株可通过特异性抗血清中和法去除干扰;2株可通过离心加中和法去除干扰。应用上述3种方法检测161批疫苗毒种,均能有效去除本病毒干扰。结论非敏感细胞直接接种法、特异性抗血清中和法及离心加中和法可针对不同毒种去除本病毒的干扰,适用于疫苗毒种的支原体检测。

Development of A Method for Eliminating Sample Virus Disturbance in My-coplasma Test on Vaccine Virus Seeds
Abstract:Objective To investigate a method for eliminating sample virus disturbance in mycoplasma test on vaccine virus seeds. Methods The test samples of 21 vaccine virus strains were treated by direct inoculation in non-sensitive cells, specific antiserum neutralization and neutralization after centrifugation respectively to evaluate the effect of eliminating sample virus disturbance. Results The sample virus disturbances in 13 of the 21 vaccine virus strains were eliminated by direct inoculation in non-sensitive cells, while those in 6 strains by specific antiserum neutralization and 2 by neutralization after centrifugation. A total of 161 batches of vaccine virus seeds were determined by the three methods, and the results showed that all the sample virus disturbances were eliminated. Conclusion The sample virus disturbances in various vaccine virus seeds were eliminated by direct inoculation in non-sensitive cells, specific antiserum neutralization and neutralization after centrifugation respectively, indicating that the methods were suitable for mycoplasma test on vaccine virus seeds.
