摘    要:利用有限单元法研究了某重型矿用汽车车架的动态特性.为了改进车架的有限元结构,对箱梁式车架进行了简化.利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对建立的模型进行了有限元模态分析,通过模态分析结果对车架模型进行了改进,改进结果表明,车架结构低阶弹性模态频率及振型有较大的改善.

Abstract:The dynamic characteristics is studied on the frame of heavy mining truck by using finite element method.This frame has been simplified in order to improve the finite element structural of the frame.Modal analysis is analyzed on the model by using the large finite element method software ANSYS.Some improvements have been carried on this frame by the results of modal analysis.The result of the technical improvement shows that low inherent frequencies and vibration shapes are optimized.
