| Abstract: | China' s midium and small enterprises have great progress in technical innovation However, compared with advanced countries, they are still faced with problems like shortage of intelligence resources, insufficient investment in research and development, limited approaches to technical innovation, and deficient market information. The writer clarifies that to reinforce technical innovation, these enterprises must not only innovate internally but also seek sound external conditions. |
