硬质合金工业的进展(1)

介绍了当前世界硬质合金工业的现状及近十五年来的技术进展，估计现在全世界的硬质合金年产量约为33000t。比十年前增长了约10％，如果不考虑前苏联地区，世界其余地区的年增长率近十年约为2．4％，介绍了瑞典山特维克（Sandvik）公司，美国肯纳金属（Kennametal)公司，以色列依期卡（Iscar）公司及日本硬质合金工业概况，较为详细地介绍了近十五年来粉末原料制取工艺，超细硬质合金，梯度组织硬质合金，表面涂层工艺（CVD）和PVD），成形工艺及生产过程自动化等六方面工业生产的技术进展。

Progress of Cemented Carbide Industry(1)

The status quo of the cemented carbide industry in the world and its technical progress in lute fifteen years were presented.It is estimated that the annual production of cemented carbide is about 33000t worldwide today and increases 10% than ten years ago.The annual growth rate was about 2.4% exduding former Soviet Vnion.The cemented carbide industry of Sandvik AB in Sweden,Japan,Kemametal in US and Iscar in Israel were described in detail.The production technical progress in late 15 years were presented in detail,including powder production technology,ultrafine cemented carbide,gradient structure cemented carbide,coating technology(CVD and PVD),forming technology and production process automation.
