中部地区高职院校校企合作机制创新的研究

中部地区产业发展面临整体产业结构水平偏低和产业链延伸有限等问题。中部地区高职教育整体办学条件和办学水平相对落后，发展后劲不足。高职院校校企合作双方的需求在院校表现为利用企业资源“借船出海”、对接产业发展调适发展方向、融入社会实现自我价值等方面；对于企业而言则是获得技术技能人才、市场竞争力、潜在影响力等方面。创新中部地区高职院校校企合作机制的基本策略包括：政府宏观调控构建区域资源融合平台；政府完善健全产教融合机制；高职院校建立互惠多赢的校企合作机制；高职院校创新校企共生发展的合作模式。

On Mechanism Innovation of School-enterprise Cooperation of Vocational Colleges in Midland of China

The industrial development of the midland of China is faced with problems as follows：the low standard of the overall industrial structure, the limited extension of industrial chain, etc. In the midland of China, the overal teaching conditions and teaching standard lag behind relatively, and the stamina of development is not strong. Demands of vocational colleges in the school-enterprise cooperation are reflected in the following：the colleges use the resource of enterprises to cultivate the high-quality talents, adjust the development direction according to the industry development, and are integrated into society to realize self-worth; demands of enterprises in the school-enterprise cooperation are acquiring skil ed talents, the market competitiveness, the potential influence, etc. The basic strategies of innovating the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in vocational colleges in midland of China include the fol owing：the governmental macro-control structures the platform for the integration of regional resources, and the government improves the mechanism of teaching-industry integration, and vocational colleges build the mutual beneficial mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, and vocational colleges innovate the school-enterprise cooperation for the commensalism development of vocational colleges and enterprises.
