| 摘 要： | 为研制具有高强度、低压变的浅色氢化丁腈橡胶,利用正交实验法考察了硫化剂(双叔丁基过氧化异丙基苯BIPB)、硫化助剂(三烯丙基异氰酸酯TAIC和N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺HVA-2)和增强剂(甲基丙烯酸锌ZDMA)对白炭黑填充的氢化丁腈橡胶拉伸强度和压缩永久变形的影响.结果表明,对强度和压变性能影响显著的都是硫化剂BIPB的用量.同时,对不同配方胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的硬度、扯断伸长率、撕裂性能和热空气老化性能进行了测定,综合性能最好的配方是HNBR 100,白炭黑30,BIPB 4,TAIC 2,其他10.5.

| Abstract: | To develop light color hyclrogenated nitrile rubber （HNBR） with high tensile strength and low compression set, orthogonal method is used to investigate effects of BIPB, TAIC, HVA - 2 and ZD- MA on properties of silica-filled HNBR. Results show that the amount of curing agent BIPB have signif- icant influence on tensile strength and low compression set simultaneously. Meanwhile cure characteris- tics of different compounds and hardness, elongation at break, tear strength, thermal aging properties of their vulcanizates are also studied. The best formulation with good comprehensive properties in this study is HNBR 100,silica 30,BIPB 4,TAIC 2,others 10.5. |
