| 摘 要： | 校企合作在当今社会中受到了广泛的认可，尤其是在一些高职院校中，校企合作合理的解决了高职院校的就业问题，大大的提升了高职院校的就业率。但是，从目前来看，我国的校企合作在实践的过程中仍然存在一些问题，这些问题限制了校企合作的成果体现，本文针对校企合作共赢的实践途径进行了简要分析。

| Abstract: | The school-enterprise cooperation has been widely recognized in nowadays society, especial y in some higher vocational colleges, the school-enterprise cooperation reasonably solves the employment problem and greatly enhances the employment rate.
