高职文秘专业“三位一体”实践教学体系的构建

高等职业教育的本质是就业教育，必须加强文秘专业的实践教学改革，探索出一条适合文秘专业的实践教学体系。本文分析了当前文秘专业实践教学的现状，提出了“以知识引领为平台，以技能实训为导向，以校企互动为依托”的“三位一体”实践教学体系，注重培养学生实际就业能力，突出文秘专业技能，培养有突出竞争力的实用型人才。

Building The Trinity Practical Teaching System of Secretarial Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

The essence of higher vocational education is the employment education. We must strengthen the practical teaching reform of secretarial specialty to explore a practical teaching system suitable for secretarial specialty. This paper analyzes the current situation of the practical teaching of secretarial specialty, and puts forward the trinity practical teaching system. The trinity practical teaching system is based on knowledge, is guided by skill training, and depends on the school-enterprise interaction. The trinity practical teaching system emphasizes cultivating students’practical employment ability, highlights professional secretarial skil s, and cultivates practical talents with the outstanding competitiveness.
