摘    要:以苯甲醛、氯仿、氢氧化钾和氨水为原料,在相转移催化剂(PTC)和β-环糊精(β-CD)混合催化剂存在下一锅合成了苯基甘氨酸。采用正交设计方法考察了底物、试剂用量、溶剂等对反应的影响,收率达95.6%

Abstract:In the presence of PTC and β cyclodextrin ( β CD) binary catalyst system, DL α amino α phenylacetic acid was synthesized in one pot from benzaldehyde, potassium hydroxide, ammonia and chloroform. The conditions were optimized by orthogonal design, the best result, 95.6% yield was obtained.
