基于钴基非晶丝的数字弱磁场检测仪

摘    要:介绍了一种数字式新型弱磁场检测仪。其传感器是利用对磁场具有高灵敏度的钴基非晶态合金丝作为敏感材料,并采用单磁芯双绕组结构、多谐振荡桥励磁,它是一种体积小、性能高的新型磁场传感器。设计了传感器信号调理电路及测量仪的硬件电路,并给出了实验结果。结果表明:该仪器能够检测-200~+200 A/m范围内的静态微弱磁场,在室温环境下,测试精度优于0.5%。

Abstract:A digital weak magnetic field measurement instrument based on Co-based amorphous wire is introduced.Using single amorphous-core and double-winding as the sensitive element excited by multivibrator bridge,a kind of weak magnetic sensor with small size and high performance is developed.The signal processing circuit of the sensor and the hardware circuit of the digital measurement instrument are designed,and the experimental result is given.The result shows that this instrument can measure the static state weak magnetic field ranging from-200 to +200 A/m.The measure precision of the instrument is no less than 0.5 % under room temperature.
