黄芩毛状根中总黄酮的提取工艺

摘    要:以总黄酮含量为指标,优选了树脂型号并考察了影响黄芩毛状根总黄酮提取效果的相关因素.结果显示,LX-22型大孔吸附树脂的提取效果最好,较优工艺条件为:上样浓度为8.69mg·mL-1、吸附流速为6BV·h-1、上样体积为13BV、树脂床径高比为1:14,洗脱剂为70%乙醇、洗脱流速为6BV·h-1、用量为9BV.在所确定的工艺条件下,该树脂可有效地提取黄芩毛状根中的总黄酮,总黄酮吸附量达113.0mg·mL-1,总黄酮的回收率超过829/6.

Abstract:Using the content of total flavone as the standard, the optimum macroporous resins were selected and the factors of total flavonets extraction were investigated. LX 22 macro- porous resin was the suitable one, and total flavone was extracted under the optimum condi- tions of a sample concentration of 8.69 mg . mL-1 , a adsorption speed of 6 BV . h-1 ,a diameter-high ratio of 1 : 14, a sample volume of 13 BV,a elution reagent of 70~/oo alcohol, a e- lution speed of 6 BV . h -1, a elution volume of 9 BV. The LX-22 macroporous resin can be used to extract total flavone from the hairy roots of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,the ad- sorption capacity of total flavone was 113. 0 mg . mL-1 and the returns ratio was above 82%.
