活动拨柄开裂的分析研究

摘    要:对活动拨柄开裂原因进行了断口分析、能谱分析、化学成分分析、金相检验和硬度测定。结果表明 :活动拨柄的断裂主要是沿晶断裂 ,引起沿晶断裂的原因主要是活动拨柄局部高频热处理时产生一类回火脆 ,致使材料局部出现脆化 ,在后续的磷化处理过程中发生脆断。提出了预防开裂的防范措施及改进建议。

Abstract:Fracture analysis,energy spectrum analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test were employed to sdudy the cracked shifting handle.The results showed that the fracture of shifting handle were mainly intergranular fracture which happened because some parts peoduced the temper brittleness during high-frequent heat treatment and the material was brittled,then brittle fracture had happened at the late bonderite process.The author also put forward a proposal of the precautionary measures of the crack and improvement suggestion.
