凸凹模受力模型与有限元分析

摘    要:通过对板料成形时的受力分析,建立了凸凹模在拉深过程中的受力模型,完成了对凸凹模的有限元数值分析,得到了凸凹模的应力和变形分布情况。对板料进行强度、刚度校核,得到了随板料厚度的变化凸凹模孔口所受的压力、凸凹模的最大应力和位移的变化规律。可为模具结构的设计、模具材料的选择提供依据。

Abstract:According to an analysis on the forming stress of sheet metal,a strained model of punch and die in the drawing process was established.The finite element numerical simulation on the punch and die was finished and the distribution of stress and strain of the punch and die plate was obtained.Then a strength and rigidity check was carried out.The pressure placed on the opening of punch and die,the maximum stress and displacement of the punch and die plate changes while the sheet material thickness varies.Its variation rule was got out.
