超细硬质合金中添加抑制剂的研究进展

生产超细硬质合金的关键是粉末的制备和压坯的烧结，并且超细硬质合金在烧结过程中容易引起晶粒长大。有关研究表明在超细硬质合金中添加抑制剂可以有效地控制硬质合金中晶粒的长大。近几年以来国内外对超细硬质合金中添加抑制剂进行了大量的研究。所以，本文就超细硬质合金中添加抑制剂的作用机理、种类、方法，以及抑制剂对超细硬质合金组织和性能的影响进行了综述。

Research on Appended Inhibitors in Ultra-fine Cemented Carbides

Production of powder and pressing sinter are the key to the Production of ultra fine cemented carbides ,and the growing of crystals occurs in the process of sinteing of ultra fine cemented carbides.Relational researches prove that appended inhibitors can prevent the growing of crystals in ultra fine cemented carbides effectively.In recent years,appended Inhibitors in ultra fine cemented carbides are studied at home and abroad.Therefore,mechanisms,categories and methods of appended inhibitors,as well as the influences of appended inhibitors on the structure and performance of ultra fine cemented carbides are summarized in the article.
