基于PLC水箱水位模糊控制系统的分析与设计

摘    要:模糊控制是利用计算机来实现人的控制经验,将模糊控制与PLC相结合,利用PLC实现模糊控制,既保留了PLC控制系统可靠、灵活、适应能力强等特点,又提高了控制系统的智能化程度。对于那些如水位控制的数学模型,难以建立且控制精度和快速性要求很高的控制系统,基于PLC的模糊控制策略是一种较理想的方案。

Abstract:Fuzzy control is the use of computers to achieve human control experience, the fuzzy control and PLC combination of the use of PLC fuzzy control, PLC control system not only retains the reliable, flexible and adaptable characteristics, but also improve the control system of intelligent degree. For those who like the water level control is difficult to establish the mathematical model and the control precision and fast demanding control system, PLC-based fuzzy control strategy is an ideal solution.
