摘    要:攀钢提钛高炉矿渣(简称为提钛渣)中的TiO2、氯离子和晶体物质含量较高,容易吸潮,而且因其颗粒较粗且其中所含TiO2会与CaO形成钙钛矿,所以其水化活性较低,经过水洗、烘干、磨细后,提钛渣的氯离子质量分数从3.14%下降为0.45%,减轻了氯离子对钢筋安全性的不利影响;同时,其水化活性提高,使内掺50%(质量分数,下同...

Abstract:Pangang chlorination titanium blast furnace slag fume(TZ) contains higher mass of TiO2 and chloride ions.It is liable to be affected with damp.Because particle size of TZ is high and TiO2 can react with CaO to form ilmenite,TZ exhibits poor pozzolana activity.After being washed,dried and ground,chloride ion content(by mass) of TZ can reduce from 3.14% to 0.45%.Steel corrosion in concrete caused by chloride can be avoided.Meanwhile,pozzolana reactivity of TZ increases.If 50% of cement is replaced by the same...
