| 摘 要： | 为解决上市公司绩效评价问题,依据灰关联度综合评价的基本理论,采用灰关联分析法,构建了我国钢铁类上市公司绩效评价的指标体系,设计了钢铁类上市公司绩效评价的灰关联度模型.运行结果表明,该方法的评价结果更具客观性,在企业绩效评价中应用效果良好.
