开沟机离合器操纵机构的虚拟样机设计与分析

摘    要:为实现离合器工作要求,离合器操纵机构采用两个双摇杆机构串联而成的组合机构。用解析法对操纵机构进行设计和分析。根据安装要求和分离角等限制条件,采用Solidworks软件的草图尺寸驱动功能求出其合理解。该方法具有简单、直观、方便、精确等特点。用ADAMS软件建立其动力学模型,进行仿真分析,验证分离角、离合操纵力满足工作要求。

Abstract:In order to realize functional objective, the clutch-operating mechanism is composed of two double rocker mecha- nism. The operating mechanism is design by analytic method. According to the installation requirements and the constraints, it gets a reasonable result based on the sketch dimension drive function of Solidworks software. The dynamics model is built by ADAMS software. The separation angles and control force is proved to be reasonable and the functional requirements of the clutch is fulfilled.
