籽瓜捡拾装置的设计

为解决籽瓜收获环节人工参与度高、劳动强度大这一难题,借助于现代机械设计方法,拟定一种可将农田中自然散布的籽瓜捡拾起来的设计方案。阐述了捡拾装置的工作原理、结构组成和主要零件的设计。采用拨瓜尺和倾斜溜板相配合的方法,可在减少对籽瓜损害的前提下达到漏捡率低、果秧分离干净的效果。

Design of pick-up device for seed-using watermelon

With the help of modem mechanical design method, a scheme of pick-up device used for picking up seed-using watermelon in a natural distribution farmland is put forward, this design can solve the problem of artificially participation, high labor strength in harvest process. The working elements, structural composing and key parts＇ design of the pick-up device are expounded in this scheme. And using dial the melon feet and tilt the slip board ,it could achieve the purpose of separating fruit seedlings impurity while reducing the damage of cotton fiber and get low leakage pick-up rate.
