摘    要:设计了一种激光加工排烟除尘及接料系统,该系统由落料收集器与除尘排烟装置两部分组成,两部分有机组成,缺一不可,组成激光加工的除尘排烟接料系统。落料收集器也是敞口抽尘罩,通过装置于侧面的轴流风机引射气流,使料斗内四周形成一定的负压,将含尘空气、烟尘抽走。本接料和除尘排烟设备一体式设计,紧凑实用,成本低廉。

Abstract:An equipment of laser processing exhaustsmoke and pick-up system is designed, which is composed of receiver and exhaustsmoke device, the two parts are integral and indispensable. They can form the laser processing exhaustsmoke system. Receiver is also the opened hood of exhaust dust, through ejecting airflow by the axial fan in the side of receiver which maks a certain negative pressure around hopper, the dust and smoke are exhausted. This equipment is unibody design, which is com- pact and practical, and is also low cost.
