微型客车车身结构模态与声腔模态分析

摘    要:在车身CAD模型基础上,采用Hypermesh软件建立了某汽车车身有限元模型,通过Optistruct求解器和LMS.virtual lab软件计算出车身在自由状态下的结构模态和声腔模态。分析其对乘坐舒适度的影响,并提出相关建议,以期望在汽车前期设计阶段指导车身设计,及时弥补了设计中存在的缺陷,增强其市场竞争力。

Abstract:Finite element model of a minibus body is created by Hypermesh software based on CAD model. By Optistruct and LMS. virtual-lab software, the body structural modals and acoustic modals in the free state are calcalated. Analyzing its impact on ride comfort, and making relevant recommendations to guid body design expectations in the minibus pre-design phase, which is in a timely manner to compensate for the defects in the design, and enhance its market competitiveness.
