基于UG的溅油机构的参数化建模及运动仿真

摘    要:由于齿轮结构以及设计计算过程复杂,齿轮的三维参数化精确建模显得尤为重要。目前创建齿轮渐开线的方法有两种:一种是利用表达式创建;另一种是利用外挂创建。利用表达式创建渐开线,在减速器的润滑系统中采用了溅油润滑机构,中间大齿轮浸入下箱体的油液中,利用齿轮的啮合,将油液带入啮合表面,从而实现润滑降温的目的,在参数化建模的基础上,采用自顶向下的装配建模方法,建立齿轮润滑模型,并对其进行运动仿真。

Abstract:Because of its complex structures and design calculation, it is very important to realize the 3-D parametric model- ing of gears. Now creating involute method has two forms, the first is use expression to create, the second is use plugins to create. Splashing nil lubrication is used in the lubricating system, the big middle gear is immersed in the oil under the lower housing. In order to take the oil to the meshing surfaces, gear mesh is used so as to achieve the purpose of cooling and lubrica- tion, under the foundation of parameterized modeling, using the top-down assembly modeling method to accomplish gear lubri- cation model, and also finished motion simulation.
