摘    要:提出了一种用ANSYS分析齿轮轴系耦合模态的新方法,以齿轮箱齿轮转动系统为研究对象,根据转子动力学基本理论和齿轮啮合原理,建立了高速工作状态下转动轴系的有限元动力学模型。模拟某齿轮箱转动轴系实际工况,采用ANSYS中MPC方法对齿轮接触进行解算,得到齿轮低阶固有频率和主振型,并通过与静止状态下分析得到的固有频率进行对比分析,运用此方法可以在传动系统设计时避开齿轮箱啮合工作频率,避免由机械共振造成的整机故障,并为齿轮箱系统故障诊断提供理论支持。

Abstract:A new method is proposed by ANSYS for the modal analysis of a high-speed revolving gear-shaft coupling. Based on the theories of rotor dynamics and gear meshing, the finite element model of a high-speed revolving gear-shaft coupling is established according to a certain gear transmission system of a gearbox. The FEM is used to analyze modal and invest-igate the natural frequencies and the major shapes on the condition of actual work and the results are compared with the freq- uen- cies obtained by staic analyzing. This method is used to avoid the gearbox meshing operating frequency and machine failure caused by the resonance in the transmission design, and can provide theoretical support for fault diagnosis of gearbox system.
