沿有机硅表面染污放电现象的研究

摘    要:目前,有机硅材料广泛应用于电力系统外绝缘,用于防止污闪事故的发生。与常用的瓷相比,有机硅材料的表面能低具有良好的憎水性和憎水迁移性。这是有机硅材料产品具有优异的耐污闪能力的主要原因。为了列好地了解有机硅材料的防污闪能力,本文借助高速摄相机,拍摄了沿有机硅表面和瓷表面污闪放电的全过程。并对其污闪过程进行了动态研究,借助记录波形并结合理论分析,揭示了两者不同放电现象的本质差别。

Abstract:Silicone material has been widely used in power system to prevent pollution flashover of outdoor insulation.Compared with porcelain,silicone has lower surface energy and better hydrophobicity,in particular better migration property of hydrophobicity which is important to prevent pollution flashover.In order to explain its ability of preventing pollution flashover,the discharge phenomena along silicone surface and porcelain surface observed with high|speed camera were studied in this paper.
