| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了一种利用具有压电特性的半导体材料砷化镓设计和制作的声表面波非线性效应器件；声表面波存储相关器，对在这种器件的研制过程中所应该注意的一些关键性问题：如存储时间、离子注入等进行了较为详细的讨论，希望能对这种信号处理功能优良的器件未来的发展有所裨益。
