沙棘叶中总多酚和总黄酮的提取工艺

摘    要:利用正交试验L9(34)和单因素相结合的方法,研究采用超声波辅助提取技术提取沙棘叶中总多酚和总黄酮的工艺。结果表明,沙棘叶中的总多酚和总黄酮在20kHz的超声波作用频率下极易溶出,优化后的工艺条件为以40%的乙醇为提取剂,在20kHz的超声波作用频率下室温萃取15min。在该条件下,沙棘叶总黄酮的提取率为5.034%,沙棘叶总多酚的提取率为10.712%。该方法具有简便、高效,省时等优点,可为工业化生产提供指导。

Abstract:The Ultrasonic-aided extraction technology of total polyphenols and total flavones extraction from Sea Buckthorn Leaves were investigated by orthogonal experiments L9(3 4) combined with single factor experiments.The results indicated that total polyphenols and total flavones were easily dissolution in 20kHz for ultrasonic frequency.The optimum conditions were as follows : ultrasonic frequency 20kHz effect,extraction time 15min,the ethanol concentration 40%and extraction temperature was room temperature.The flavone yields obtained under such conditions was 5.034%,the polyphenol yield was 10.712%.This technological method was simple and convenient,efficient,time-saving,which could provide practical significance for industrialization production.
